How does the process work and how long does it take?
Try to plan out what exactly you are looking for in a website and what the goals of your company/website are and then let us know them. We will give you our best quote in a timely fashion. You can choose to accept our reject our offer. If you accept, we require a 50% downpayment before we start the project. The overall process of creating a website depends on the site's complexity. A site can take anywhere from a week to a year (or longer).

What are your rates?
Again, a website's cost is directly related to it's complexity. Our websites can cost anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand, depending upon your requirements.

How do I make a payment?
To make a payment, you must be a registered member of our site. If you are not yet a member of our site, you can register here. If you are already registered, click here to login. You can make payments from your user area. To read more on this, go to payment support.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is your website's personal address. For example, our domain name is www.truegraphic.com. You can register your domain or check domain availability at Go Daddy.

What is hosting?
Every website has to be hosted on a server. To find out more on hosting, read this article.

Does my web developer have to be local?
We can design sites that are local as well as sites that are not. This is one of the reasons that we provide so many methods of communication. We work by email, phone, AIM, Yahoo Messenger, and Skype. Communication is a very important part of the design process, but we do not need to be face-to-face in order to create your project.
